📢 Attention All eXPRS Users! 📢

eXPRS will be unavailable on Tuesday, March 10th from 6:00PM to approximately 11:00PM while a system update is installed. Please save your work and log out of eXPRS or eXPRS Mobile-EVV before 6:00PM on 3/10/2026.

PSW and DSP staff using eXPRS Mobile-EVV: If you have EVV shifts starting or ending during the downtime, you will need to enter and/or update your Service Delivered Billing Entries manually in eXPRS after the system update has completed.

📢 Attention Case Management Entity Staff! 📢

The implementation of In-Home Hours Service Group Validations has been delayed. However, CME staff may now create Plans of Care with a start date of 4/1/2026 or later. These plans will work the same as they do today, without the In-Home Hours Service Group Validation features.
