eXPRS will be unavailable Monday, April 21st from 6:00PM to approximately 7:15PM while a system update is installed. Please save your work and log out of eXPRS or eXPRS Mobile-EVV before 6:00PM on 04/21/2025.
PSW and DSP staff using eXPRS Mobile-EVV: If you have EVV shifts starting or ending during the downtime, you will need to enter and/or update your Service Delivered Billing Entries manually in eXPRS after the system update has completed.

The eXPRS Team is now completing the background work necessary to begin the rollover of other authorizations. Please review transmittal DD-AR-25-020 for steps that your CME can take on CPAs and SPAs to ensure a successful rollover.
As a reminder, the SE48 CDDP Case Management CPAs must be submitted to Accepted status before the SE148 Brokerage Case Management CPAs can be submitted to Accepted Status. This is also true for most SE248 State Kids Case Management CPAs.
