We are aware of an issue with the Report Server that is used to run pre-made reports in eXPRS. These reports are often found in the Left Navigation under the Reports section. This issue is being researched by the eXPRS Technical Team, and more updates will be provided as information is available. At this time, there is no need to submit additional Technical Assistance Requests of the issue.
Additionally, please note that this issue is not impacting search pages in eXPRS. For example, the View Claims search page and the View Service Delivered Billing Entries search page are both functioning correctly.
